This website is operated by Madar International Pioneering Investment (MADAR), Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, Commercial Registration No. 1653273. MADAR is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
When you send a business enquiry, we receive the details you enter: company name, country, the product or service you are asking about, quantity and requirements, your email address and, if you give it, your phone number. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
The website does not use analytics or advertising trackers and does not set cookies for visitors.
We use your enquiry only to reply to you, to prepare and discuss a possible business arrangement, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Enquiries are stored in the website's administration area, which only authorised MADAR staff can access. To limit spam, the website keeps a temporary, anonymised counter based on your IP address for one hour; it is not linked to your enquiry.
The website is run on servers of a hosting provider, which processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs on our behalf.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers. If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes that conversation under its own privacy policy. Links to the official Oman Business platform and to suppliers' websites lead to sites with their own policies.
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and to maintain our business records, and then delete them.
Under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Sultanate of Oman (Royal Decree 6/2022), you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it or to stop using it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to the contact below and we will reply within a reasonable time.
